You forgot to add though that the biotech downturn played a major part in taking our share price down like so many others.

Also just keep in mind that management may have seen that bio was in for a downturn and decided to lock in cash at a higher price.

I know that Dan never wants to return to the dark days when he took over as CEO with $24 in the bank and millions owed, he very much prefers to negotiate from a position of strength.
