Mkc, I agree, the dilution after the Amgen deal completely negated the positive valuation re-adjustment from the Amgen deal and once again embolden the shorts. I do think we will see $30 again, possibly in the first half of 2017. I really believe a big reason for the dilution after the Amgen deal is that Dan knew the Amgen deal would have a significant impact on shareholder value generation pushing the stop price up a lot, but he didn't want the stock price that high when he issued options for himself. His 170k options grant is a huge amount and literally half of the 330k shares he owns. If what I believe is true - that he timed the dilution to negate the value added from the Amgen deal to lock his huge options grant at a low stock price - I think the deck has been cleared for him to now focus on getting the stock price up. I believe his options grant vests over a three year period, so he is set and fully loaded on his position. I suspect a deal is in the works with Astra Zeneca that will be very large and meaningfully reset our valuation to where it should be - back in the mid $20s share price. I think the first half of 2017 will be very good for us. These last couple months, Dan found himself in a delimma. On one hand, he did a great job negotiated with Amgen and they stepped up and were ready to sign a deal. But then the reality set in and he realized that the deal would be signed just before his year-end options grant that could result in a strike price that was double the $8 price the stock was before the Amgen deal. So his solution was in thinking, hey the company can always benefit from more cash so I'll do a dilution right after the Amgen deal that will bring back down our valuation/stock price in time for my options grant and since the options are for three years I am set at that point, then when I sign the Astra deal moving forward I'll be ready to let the stock and valuation run hard up to fair valuation.
