Since they don't exist yet, none. The way they worded the pr though, people have automatically assumed they have a portfolio of properties already.

That would need to be confirmed, however, no one's been able to get any clarification as to whether the deal's even on let alone if they currently have a business.

Sometimes, the less one knows about what's really going on, the easier it is to make things up in order to make it seem even better than it is.

I'm still waiting to see what's going to happen to Vital's business. It certainly doesn't fit in with a REIT.

Then, of course, there's the issue of what to do with current shareholders, which Western certainly doesn't want.
