I'm curious - do you really think that I don't know the difference between buying and offering and buying directly from the company in terms of who is actually providing cash to the company to keep the lights on? I guess you love to be in lecture mode but you don't have a clue who you are talk to if you think it's necessary to note the above fact as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, I don't trust AF's word for a NY minute and I don't know whether the offering buyers this last time were investors or not and it doesn't matter. There was discussion in the past about SABBY buying in an offering - they showed in the quarterly reports with a very large holding and were thought by some to be investors then in the next report the had sold everything. To the extent that the institutional reports are accurate we should be able to see, maybe, who bought if they bought and held the shares. From the trading volume and stock movement relative to that I think it's apparent that there are lot more shares sloshing around than there used to be.

It doesn't bother me. I'm not worried that much about the float because volume is OK and on the serious news I'm expecting there might be a period of churn as a large number of shares move into more solid investors hands, but I know that the trial completion will bring a lot more serious players in here, as it's finally clear how close they are to getting data on the ph 3 trial where the value is an order of magnitude more than the current market cap if the trial is successful.
