I've been still here in DVME waiting and hoping for more to be released for a long time. It appears as if they truly have a plan or why would they waste money to get current otherwise.
It doesn't appear that they are trying to falsely pump the stock as they appear to be only releasing as minimal of information as possible until the time is right to release more. This Supplemental Information document filed within OTC Markets on Nov 16, 2016 has been the biggest hint to speculate on what could be coming into DVME:
