KMA is suing HJOE for breach of contract. And HJOE did sign a contract.


will this above quoted matter be a separate distinct matter or isolated to HJOE obtaining FINRA and market maker approval for quotation




The KBM case will more than likely be resolved before HJOE files the necessary paperwork. Since they would no longer be involved with any financings by the Kramer's it would not be an issue with FINRA. FINRA is only concerned with companies that have current involvement with Curt Kramer not past dealings with them.
