Actually Seymour did address it in the letter:

"We have been working on developing a number of analysis and characterization assays necessary for enabling batch-to-batch consistent production of our materials since moving to the new campus."

Translation in plain English -- still no batch-to-batch consistent production. What Seymour "forgets" to mention is that without consistent production NNVC is dead in the water. No clinicals. Not even TOX.

The prototype results bullshit -- if one is inclined to believe them -- are completely worthless. Great prototype results are apparently easy with nanomedicine -- being able to make consistent batches to move onto the TOX stage is another story.

No wonder they didn't even bother hiring a virologist until recently. Why bother?
