One thing is for sure. It will not go on like this for very long. Newc has painted itself into a corner. Either the fully permitted mine will start operating in January and the permit for rock crushing will show up in December and maybe even other good news developments. BUT, if the first two do not show up by mid Jan the whole story will end. Campo himself has stated these will happen and has indicated shovels in the ground by 1/1/17. Either we start moving soon or no one will ever believe again.
