If whatever party is smart about this cheap buying cancelled billions of shares, then this could explode! Don't expect that from these people, but strong financials with a serious buyback of shares for nothing by company could make this surge! Now, the PTTN that does not have current financials and no news in last six months could only be into this if the company has been sold to a new group! IMHO! Let's hope so!!
