Hello Tlsmd, it will not be useless to them as they have Z shares. It will in fact be useless to us when they RS us back to the Stone Age. That 8k tells they have all but wrote off the common stock they hold, even Benny. They are and will be the only people to hold value in this company. If by some miracle Benny smartens up and makes something of this in the future they know they at least have a better chance this way.. prior to this 8k they had no chance just like us.
