Steipp's the easy target because he's CEO



Yes, he was CEO and that's why he was the target. The CEO is responsible and should be accountable.

It's not personal. He failed on so many levels and yet he accumulated millions from shareholder dilution. All his non-productive cronies became rich too. I'm all for compensation based on performance. His performance was dismal.

Best of luck going forward. I believe we finally have a real leader now.
