If BRVO released the 10Q out on time showing good revenues and trading at .10 we wouldn't even be discussing anything like this. Their goal was to acquire many vending deals not just 1.

Lets forget about my "conspiracy ". Bottom line is whoever did bail/sold hurt shareholders and the short term business plan. Now that we're trading @ .005, so much for any respect they were receiving for doing their best to become a fully reporting company and putting a freeze on their compensation.
