...I noticed DTRA partnered in that year of 2007 with NIAID (2008 budget cut with Peregrine and they show up at Tustin offices to get as much info as possible before they knew Peregrine was shut out) so looks to me like it was all political for cutting out Peregrine funding at that time. The antibody below being discussed was not Peregrines....so puzzle pieces tell me another form of legal sabotage
