$PMCB 10Q NO DILUTION

There was absolutely no dilution during this quarter. The only shares that were added were 250,000 restricted shares to both Dr. Salmons and Dr. Rabe to keep them on the Scientific Advisory Board. That's a total of 500,000 restricted shares.

Stay smart - Remember the IND meeting is coming up and this 10Q could not be a surprise to anyone who did not want it to be. If you thought there would be some surprise funding section in this 10Q, then you fooled yourself. That comes out in PR's by PMCB.
