Because they make MASSIVE PROFITS when they are awarded .10 shares at the time the stock price is .16... These are the folks that make the huge profits from "investors" who put their money in, buying "bottoms" only to quickly see another 8K hit and millions of shares dumped into the float.

Their "game is over" - they are "out of business" selling $GBSN shares to losers if there is not a reverse split now... If you don't understand this, I'd get my money out quickly... lol.. And good luck to you sir...
