CWEi looks stretched to the limit here
this has a ROE of -130% Im not a fan of negative returns on equity but'
algorithms sometimes just dont care they just run them up. looks like a top
forming in this one though, not sure what you want to accomplish.
you can see back in Nov 2015 this dropped like hell and can do it again.
