How is this good news?

How is Benny selling IP to the company good? How is settling with former board members with immediately vesting Z shares a good thing?

All this shows is the company is broke and insiders are taking everything they can get. There will be more debt converted and sold and a reverse split will be needed at some point no if and or buts.
