No doubt they just finally raised it last week. Thing is raised only to 500 mil. Most of liability is old debt and company stated some kind of progress working that out with those debt holders. No worries with 500mil a/s now if they increased it to billions it would be a different story. Trending 001 range all year long and only issued 140mil shares. Not a stranger to high volume days IMO fairly easy double from wherever it's sitting when annual comes out.
