They don't have to be current. They could have done it a long time ago. There is nothing in the 8k that says RS and there is no announcement.

Nothing there in the 8k says reverse split - in fact I see the company getting debt forgiven, a new investor that can definitely help, and larger list of IPs the company can add/promote.

Regardless - right now it's volume and we've had a huge amount in last week. Looking forward to seeing 2 hit. It was very close today.
