Interesting. Not sure how that reconciles with the recent 8-K regarding the roughly $4 million in new funding...

Pursuant to the Agreement, the Investor is entitled to be issued warrants to purchase up to 178,214,286 shares of the Company’s Common Stock as additional consideration for making the Advances (the “Warrants”),



If Bradley's statement is correct, these shares should be issued and sitting in the treasury.
