I agree, not many shares added to o/s on a percentage basis.

While a spike in volume could under certain circumstances be a clue about as-yet-unreported dilutive share issuances, it really does not matter in the long term how long it took or what portion of the trading volume the share issuances represented over that time period.

When discussing dilution what matters is what the o/s was before and after the activity. Dilution simply cuts the pie into thinner pieces, with each piece representing an equal interest in the company's future results.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
