I believe that the lawyers are as good as any out there. A trial will be a long drawn out thing with a positive outcome for us. General opinion of many companies have turned in the view of the little guy. Was it not Apple a few months got slapped with over 325 million in settlement. People are tired of the to big to fail approach. In trial, they could be worried a judgment with damages could be very costly.
