I have it, Leo dismissed as CEO and a proven name enters the picture. That would generate a rally to 5... Let Leo play CFO and run the board... He surely hasn't convinced anyone else to buy shares since DR B arrived. Less duties as CEO and the same failed PPS. A DR B promotion (CEO) would be a positive step also. Leo has no background in biotech.
