That isn't close to being accurate - there are several other options available - Kim/Choi can always file a counter-claim in Federal Court in California which is where the case should have been adjudicated.

They can file a appeal in State court.

They can present the case to the FBI - as it is clearly fraud on the part of Ruppert, Pamela and Ross. Actually, I know this will be done and also report it to the Regional Director of the SEC branch in Los Angeles - which I have personally had a great deal of success in the past.

Since NGCG has no cash and no revenue, they'll have to sell shares to satisfy any judgement.

The effect is the same. Even MORE shares dumped in this scammy POS.

Oh - maybe Kim and Choi can flip a few more crappy Vegas condos to cover the tab?
