sounds as though the terms of the deal have been finalized and signed-off on, possibly weeks ago, and they are now dealing with the regulatory authorities at the site. This is very good news.

And the bad news is they are dealing with regulatory authorities. No firm dates can be given. Perhaps the MMs will oblige and walk it down some more in the meanwhile?

I, for one, am quite thankful we do not know exactly where in the southern US this is taking place.
