I think it's good news that the holdup is zoning and permits...and not a "sale"... that said...I don't know the steps involved with such things...I would imagine...a lot of red tape...typical of this stuff



I think you're overlooking the history of JBII. The 'waiting on permits' was the exact same excuse they made for why RockTenn was never started. That was a load of shit then, and there's a 99% chance it's a load of shit now.
