I've been warning everyone since this thing was above 8 cents. With all the hype it's easy to get lost in all this. But, it's not rocket science if you simply take a calculator and do a little math based on the sales in the press release, you would have seen the fact that management is not delivering on target. They were under performing. Poor performance on top of continual dilution is a combination for disaster.

What's worst now is that the stock is pretty much dead with no volume. What this means is that it becomes increasingly difficult to leverage the stock market for continue funding when it's already at 3 cents and very little trading. At best, they do a reverse split, pump out more news and hype to get the cycle going again.

If you're going to take risk, at least buy into companies with solid fundamentals. Or follow the trend such as the current Opioid drug abuse crisis where few companies are developing solutions backed by the FDA and the government pushing for a solution. You'll fare better than holding onto a constantly diluted stock. Just one advice, when you see dilution in a stock run like hell.
