Don't care about Rock Tenn in Florida...PTOI was never on my radar then...and today, care even less about something that happened eons ago...how ridiculous.

They've raised about 600K from private investors over the last few months...it had nothing to do with any language posted outside of what is public knowledge.

I think it's good news that the holdup is zoning and permits...and not a "sale"... that said...I don't know the steps involved with such things...I would imagine...a lot of red tape...typical of this stuff

How did that permitting and zoning work out with the Rock Tenn site in Florida ?

They raised millions for that with basically the same language.
