As if the guy who scheduled a SHM in Hawaii just last year is particularly concerned with expense. Regardless he could have a meeting in SB without incurring significant expense. The online meeting arrangement has nothing to do with cost and everything to do with limiting shareholders from effectively voicing their frustration.
