The USPTO just confirmed that all 3 patents are still invalidated. MNTA had a quick spike and then dropped off. No change for TEVA stock either.
I think both stocks go up from here. TEVA is down from $70 to $36. It is crazy that the market thinks Teva is going to lose all of its Copaxone sales (if not, why has the stock been cut in half) and yet thinks MNTA / NVS will sell none of the 40 mg Copaxone. Otherwise, how do you explain the lack of price movement in MNTA (or NVS for that matter)?

PS: MYL, TEVA, NVS, AZN all at 52 week lows. Anybody thinking of these stocks now?
