One thing I noticed over time is that if a company randomly posts PRs then the stock fluctuates randomly which usually the end result is down. However, I've noticed that good companies don't randomly post PRs and instead, post all PRs in a batch. Posting PRs in a batch brings the stock up and usually keeps it up. I believe that's possibly the strategy this company may be using.

So remember kids! The next time people panic, buy low and sell high! high! high!
