There is no provision in Reg S-X.

However, I will let you know, the SEC will give an issuer time. But if the issuer passes that time, they will 12(j).

Sorry, but I have been there with clients in the past. They don't like BS from an issuer.

Question is, what is the date they provided to Enforcement on compliance.
