A Company named " Catskill Springs LLC "
was registered with the California Secretary
of State on Oct 4, 2016. This Company
has the same address as John Marren's
home address in California and John Marren's
name is registered as the Agent.

" Catskill Springs LLC " is the Company that
paid $ 150,000 to Francine for Boreal's
first right of refusal and which also bought
Alpine Springs.

Alpine Springs can be very valuable to
John Marren if he can buy BRWC and cancel
the 40-year water agreement. Nestles has access
to some Springs that output less than Alpine Springs.
