I humbly disagree that is will take an actual contract to move this. We are in OTC land, not the big boards. Stocks move on hype and anticipation of revenues every day. A contract would obviously be the holy grail but I do see this moving much further north before an actual contract is in hand. But I think an actual contract will be in hand once they start operations. CEO has hinted that they have buyers waiting so just gotta get it going.
