Where are the 2 casinos that were to open before the end of November?

The "Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement" filed withthe SEC on Oct. 18, 2016 stated;

"The “Seller” has pre-arranged for gaming locations to be secured for opening of one gaming operation for each license that will begin operations before the end of November 2016"

Where are they?

Why have we not heard anything about the opening of these 2 facilities from management?

Did I miss the "Grand Opening" party?
