I think you replied to the wrong person as I agree with you 100%. I see nothing in any filing regarding the disposition of the company stock.

I have confidence that SUNE will emerge from chapter 11 BK with a company saving reorganization of which the common shareholders will remain whole (not without some possible dilutive new shares though).
