I suspect Charles is working on a buyout deal.

The "bitcoin shop" portion has great potential to become a top 10 online retailer using bitcoins, and altcoins that could add many millions to btcs, and become debt free.

With bad year of the failed merger with spondoolies, and possibly for tax reasons, more than likely this buyout, or merger would happen in 2017.
