KSIX - in at .36 yesterday, as this looks like another NBEV-type move. The acquisition should close any day and the company becomes immediately very profitable with an EPS run-rate around .04 with much more to come. There will be 80 million O/S after closing. I see at least $1.50 in 12 months, but that could change drastically if the FTC gives them more than the 5 states they are currently allowed to serve. What a great business.
