Ok I opened one of my wiggys last night....Set up was a breeze with the FREE App! Worked first time (I did follow the directions provided step by step). Also product worked great, sound is loud and clear. One thing that I liked is that the app gives you others ideas other than money to set as goals. Example sleep overs, video game time, Ipad time, TV time etc. You can also set stars in lieu of money to earn your goals which will work awesome for my 4 year old. Video game time and Ipad time will be great for my 9 year old. This product I think opened my mind up a little more! One think I do think the App needs which maybe it does I haven't actually set up tasks or rewards yet is if it interacts with a short video once you meet certain goals. a couple of short games wouldn't hurt either. Also batteries not included need 3 AAA.
