Ferguson did mention in a post a lawyer that works with the SEC on paperwork,, I forgot his name as it was a year ago... I did at the time to see if he was current at the bar association in Texas and he is... rather an older type with a small office....Presumably he has the contacts to find the quailed people to do the job... and at this point since merging is not the problem but more a paperwork item one would presume they are all over the people to get it done.. personally I do not thing Kaiser us qualified to handle this as he has not been at all professional with accepting calls from shareholders... I am disgusted with his behavior ... even when markets were down I always returned by calls and handled this appropriately and gave proper answers to the caller... he lack dignity, smarts, courage and caring on way too many levels. HOHO.... maybe related to the Clintons.. HAHA
