You can't expect everything to happen at your timeline. I think there's a lot more going on. After all, they had appointed a new counsel...do you expect the person to know everything once he comes on board? He may need time to review a lot of things...a lot of legal things that just can't be answered within 2 weeks.
I don't see it going back to the "same ol' story." It's a huge transition.
When Onex, an investor company bought a huge chunk of Boeing at Wichita, KS, the transition took place for about 16 months. DOD had to be involved, FAA had to be involved...until it eventually became Spirit Aerosystems. It is a public trading company.
It'll take time for BLTA to make the transition. We'll hear new stuff when the time is right. If you are confidence, then don't worry about the PPS going down at this time. People who have just bought are only new to the scene and they looked at BLTA's history and aren't sure about it, so they sold. But I doubt they walked away completely.
