The SEC doesn't care about what he has to say. If he doesn't file a financial soon, he risks getting suspended and that'll be the end of things. The ticker won't even have shell value as a R/M candidate.

Maybe he'll wake up and file to deregister.

What would be the ramifications with San Luis if SWET were suspended?
