I see the BOD of TAUG is questioning credibility. That is comical.

No just stating the obvious, if any one could possibly think a lie about Seth or TAUG has anything to with credibility would mean they are insane..

Oh and as pointed out I am not a BOD I am simply on the Board and am a Director. As stated to me I should get it straight and learn how to properly address myself. My My, maybe credibility should be an issue here.
