I tend to agree with you. Jorge documented his woes with Edmund only after Edmund stiffed him, yet the whole time shareholders were getting stiffed. Had "el Jorge Vapo" come out of the closet with the issues as they were happening, I would then say he was honest. Jorge like many only looking to butter his own biscuit. Remember, dilution at rapid pace and beyond any possible dividend offering while Jorge CEO. No denying that.
