You can throw them nickels in the water & see if you get a tidal wave... What you'll get is a wishing well full of nickels. Wet nickels, dry dream. Like to see the uspto bal sheets, lol. If they can find a way to prolong the process, in order to collects more fees, that's just what they'll likely do. The uspto, the PTAB, the SEC, the mm's, certain past & present company players..... their dictionaries don't incl the word fiduciary.
