Waste and abuse of shareholder dollars, many living a carefree, unaccountable existence on the backs of the those poor shareholders.

My favorite example of that is Briscoe's personal secretary getting promoted to Vice President of Finance with an annual salary of $60,000! She is going to college. So what honest work did shareholders get for 8 hours every day, 5 days per week, for the past year or two, considering the finances of a moribund zombie company could be done on the back of a napkin in an hour or two end the end of every month?

IT SURE SEEMS LIKE SHAREHOLDERS ARE SIMPLY PAYING FOR THIS PERSON TO ATTEND COLLEGE!!!
