This is not a share buy back. It is HHSE claiming they talked to three disgruntled shareholders and told them they will buy their shares.

The float is 699m, what about the other 697.8m holders?

Bet they screw them and they never see a dime or they collaborated this stupid announcement with them hoping it would move PPS.
