Hi Everyone, I'm new to this board and trying to pick through the posts to get answers after the press release. 6000 posts is a lot of reading!

Can someone help me answer the following?:

1) Does anyone know what exactly is the status of the pending lawsuits in Germany involving Netflix, YouTube and Google with hearings scheduled on December 8th 2016, January 27th 2017 and May 2nd 2017?

2) With the current jump in share price is there something going down next week that could seriously impact on MAXD's market cap?

3) Does anyone have any links to the German court system please?
