It's probably already been posted here, but these are the terms of the recent financing. It looks like some of those "immediately excercisable" warrants got cashed in pre-market or in opening minutes on Nov. 17:

AmpliPhi Biosciences (NYSEMKT:APHB) slumps 28% premarket on increased volume in response to its public offering of 5,335,000 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to 5,335,000 shares of common at a combined price of $0.75. The five-year warrants are immediately exercisable at $0.75. Net proceeds are expected to be ~$3.8M. Closing date is November 22.
