Going with the $5.7 million net loss number currently - the way I see it is $5.4 million of that actually was non-cash compensation - so operationally that would put them at a net loss of $300,000. If anyone with some accounting expertise disagrees with that assertion then please feel free to correct me if that understanding is incorrect.

Meanwhile - I certainly expect Sunworks to post net earnings in Q4 well in excess of $300,000. Thus, enabling the company to boast being cash-flow positive for the year (and that's my prediction as to how this year will be framed when the 2016 annual report is released ...)
